摘要
目的:由于医疗行业的服务人群中不太熟悉智能手机或平板电脑的老年患者占相当一部分,同时有一些患者对在线报表的参与度和敏感度不高,传统的满意度测评系统无法满足需求。方法:提出一种在线和改进的传统电话满意度测评相结合的模式,充分利用信息化技术合理推进病人满意度测评工作。结果:系统实现自动化电话管理和全自动报表生成机制,提高了工作人员的工作效率。结论:具有"互联网+医疗"特性的满意度测评系统应用,有效降低了成本,体现了信息化医院管理特性,有助于推动满意度测评管理的进一步发展。
Objective: Patients due to the medical industry service people are not familiar with the intelligent mobile phone or tablet computer accounted for a considerable part, at the same time some patients report on online are not sensitive, the traditional satisfaction survey systeln can not meet the demand. Methods: This paper presents an online evaluation and improved of traditional phone satisfaction. With the model, it make full use of information technology to promote the reasonable patient satis^tction survey work. Results: The system realizes the automatic telephone management and automatic report generation mechanism, and it improve the working efficiency of the static. Conclusion: The application of satisFaction survey system with "Internet plus medical" characteristics is effectively reducing the cost and embodies the characteristics of hospital infomlation management. It can help hospital to promote the filrther development of satisfaction management.
