摘要
目的:探讨更换HIS后护士个体创新性使用信息系统的现状及影响因素,为提高HIS使用价值及护理工作效率提供理论依据。方法:采用信息系统使用行为量表对某三甲医院620名在岗临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:更换HIS后临床护士会经常使用信息系统,主动了解系统已有功能,但对系统询取一些新的使用方法及需求方面创新使用行为较少,年龄、教育程度、职务、工作年限及性格影响护士对新HIS的创新性使用。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,年龄、教育程度、性格为护士创新性使用行为的影响因素。结论:更换HIS后护士创新性使用行为较少,应针对影响因素施以干预,提高系统创新性使用行为。
Objective: To investigate the status and influencing factors of information system innovative usage behavior among nurses with HIS replacement, to provide a theoretical basis for developing using value HIS and efficiency of nursing work. Methods: 620 onpost clinical nurses of top three hospital were investigated with information system innovative usage behavior scale. Results: Regular use system and understand the existing functions of the system actively, less innovative usage behavior of methods and requirements. Innovative usage behavior was affected by age, education degree, position, length of work and personality. With multivariate linear regression analysis, influencing factors of innovative usage behavior was age, education degree and personality. Conclusion: The less of innovative usage behavior among clinical nurse and interventions targeted at the influencing factors should be enhanced.
