摘要
目的:探讨微信平台在脊髓损伤出院患者,生活自理能力知识宣教中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2014年1月至2016年12月脊髓损伤出院患者72例,分为微信组36例和常规组36例。3个月后比较两组患者生活能力及患者对护士工作的满意度。结果:微信组患者生活自理能力(79.64±13.75)分,高于常规组的(67.26±10.55)分。微信组患者对护士工作满意度为(96.1±2.7)%,高于常规组的(76.6±7.3)%。结论:建立脊髓损伤微信平台模式可提高脊髓损伤患者的自理能力,促进医患、护患、患者与患者之间的交流,提高患者的满意度。
Objective: To explore the application effect of WeChat platform in the knowledge propaganda and education of sel(- care ability of discharged patients with spinal cord injury. Methods: 72 patients with spinal cord injury discharged from January 2014 to December 2016 are randomly selected and divided into 36 cases in WeChat Group and 36 cases in Routine Group. After 3 months, the living ability of the two groups of patients and patients' satisfaction with nurses' work are compared. Results: The self- care ability of patients in the WeChat Group is (79.64 ± 13.75) points, (67.26 ±10.55) points higher than that of the Routine Group. Patients' satisfaction with nurses' work in the WeChat Group is (96.1± 2.7)%, (76.6 ± 7.3)% higher than that of the Routine Group. Conclusion: The establishment of WeChat platform mode for spinal cord injury can improve self-care ability of patients with spinal cord injury, promote communication between doctors and patients, nurses and patients and patients, and improve patient satisfaction.
