摘要
PTC材料 (正温度系数热敏材料 )具有电阻率随温度升高而增大的特性 ,是一种应用广泛的电子材料。它于五十年代被发现 ,经过几十年的发展 ,在理论和应用上都趋于成熟。本文着重阐述了PTC材料的特性和基本理论 ,并介绍了其发展现状。
PTC material,which has the property of positive temperature coefficient,is a kind of widely used electronic material.Since its discovery in 1950s,it has developed for decades of years,and is mature in both theory and application.In this article,the property and basic theory of PTC materials are expounded and the lately development is introduced.
