再论食品添加剂对食品安全的影响(--)

摘要 非食品添加剂都是化学物,欧美发达国家的化学工业全球发展最早、品种最多、非食品添加剂用在食品中也最早,已有上百年历史,21世纪还是首先发生在欧洲。这数年中有多次非食品添加剂事件发生在中国,遗隐之余,予以罗列,使企业了解非食品添加剂是何物,如何正确使用食品添加剂,使民众吃得更安全。 Non-food additives are all chemical substances. Developed countries like Europe and America have a long history in the development of global chemical industry with a wide variety of selection. They have been used non-food additives in food for more than 100 years. Since several non-food additive accidents had taken place in China in recent years, the author felt deeply regrets and wrote this article to let enterprises know what is food additive and how to use it correctly to let the masses eat safely.
