摘要
目的 探讨冰袋冷敷在全膝关节置换术后快速康复护理中应用的效果.方法 将2015年12月—2016年8月某医院确诊膝骨关节炎且实施全膝关节置换术的患者101例随机分为观察组(n=53)和对照组(n=48).对照组采取术后常规护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予冰袋冷敷.对两组患者的一般情况、术后切口引流量、术后体温及疼痛情况进行分析.结果 观察组术后第1、2、3天切口平均引流量分别为(330.0±120.2)、(90.4±48.5)、(40.2±10.5)ml,总引流量为(400.2±100.3)ml,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).观察组术后24、48、72 h疼痛评分分别为(5.02±0.24)、(3.45±0.35)、(2.85±0.56)分,最高体温为(37.8±0.8)℃,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 冰袋冷敷能减少患者术后切口引流量,降低术后疼痛指数及最高体温,对患者康复起到一定的促进作用.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of three unions of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing technology (auricular plaster therapy,TCM foot bath and TCM pillow) in treating hypertension (HTN) and improving life quality of patients in cardiology department. Methods A total of 95 HTN patients who were eligible for the inclusion criteria in cardiology department of Affiliated Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were recruited from January 2015 to January 2016. All of the research subjects were randomly divided into control group (n=53) and treatment group (n=42) according to the random number table. Conventional nursing was given to both group, and on the basis of this, the treatment group was treated with auricular plaster therapy, TCM foot bath and TCM pillow combined intervention. The anti-hypertensive effects and quality of life improvement were monitored and compared. Results The effectiveness rate of anti-hypertension of the treatment group was 85.7%, by contrast, it was 67.9% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.05). There were no statistical differences in physical function and physical role between the two groups (P〉 0.05). Vitality difference of the treatment group is higher than the control group, with a statistical difference (P〈 0.05). Conclusions The three unions of TCM nursing technology can enhance the anti-hypertensive effect, improve the quality of life, especially improve patients' vitality significantly.
