吞咽功能康复预防脑卒中相关性肺炎的研究进展

Research progress of swallowing function rehabilitation in the prevention of stroke-associated pneumonia

早期进行吞咽功能的锻炼能够通过延缓脑功能区萎缩，增强神经-肌肉反应，改善卒中诱导的免疫抑制综合征，预防和减少脑卒中后相关性肺炎的发生。本文通过介绍吞咽功能与脑卒中相关性肺炎的关系，阐明吞咽功能康复的必要性、吞咽康复的手段以及吞咽功能康复防治脑卒中相关性肺炎的作用机制，为临床脑卒中患者康复提供参考依据。

Early swallowing function rehabilitation can improve the stroke induced immunosuppression syndrome and prevent stroke-associated pneumonia by delaying the brain atrophy and enhancing neuromuscular reaction. In this paper by introducing, it elucidated the necessity of the swallowing function rehabilitation, the method of rehabilitation, and the mechanism of swallowing function rehabilitation in preventing stroke- associated pneumonia, so as to provide references for clinical rehabilitation in stroke patients.
