影响国外康复治疗师开展循证实践的因素及启示

Factors Affecting Evidence-Based Practices in Foreign Rehabilitation Therapists' Service and Its Implications for China

循证实践(EBP)兴起于20世纪七八十年代的循证医学领域,目前已得到迅速的发展并应用于康复医疗服务领域,但其开展仍受各种内部和外部因素的影响。本文系统论述了国外康复医疗服务中影响康复治疗师开展EBP的因素,如组织环境、教育培训、实践时间等,并从中归纳出促进我国康复治疗师开展EBP的建议及对策,以期在我国康复医疗服务中为进一步开展EBP提供参考和帮助。

Evidence based practice（EBP）, emerged at the turn of 70 s and 80 s in the 20 th century, has been developed rapidly and been applied to medical rehabilitation field and other health care professions such as occupational therapy and physical therapy. Development and application of EBP, however, is still hindered by various internal and external factors. After reviewing pertinent previous literature, this paper systematically examined the factors that influence the EBP in foreign rehabilitation therapists＇ service, such as organizational environment, education and training of rehabilitation professionals, therapists＇ perception, and professionals＇ practice setting and time, etc., discussed the implications to EBP in rehabilitation therapists＇ service in China and offered suggestions to the further development in current China.
