摘要
环境影响评价制度是我国环境保护工作当中一项重要制度,而金属矿山开采中重金属污染及矿坑排水对地下水水质影响很大。为保护地下水环境,铅锌矿开采前进行地下水环境影响评价研究是十分必要的。本文以陕西安康某铅锌矿为例,依据《环境影响评价技术导则地下水环境》(HJ610-2016),在识别地下水环境影响和确定地下水环境影响评价工作等级的前提下,对该评价区从水文地质条件、水质水位调查和水文地质勘察试验三方面开展地下水环境评价研究,预测评价铅锌矿开采对地下水水质可能造成的直接影响,提出应加强铅锌矿运行期污染防控措施和地下水的长期观测,有针对性的制定出地下水环境影响监测计划和应急预案,保证该矿区范围内地下水水质安全。
Environmental impact assessment system is an important system of environmental protection work in China,and heavy metal pollution and mine drainage have great influence on groundwater quality in metal mining. In order to protect the groundwater environment,it is necessary to study the groundwater environmental impact assessment before and after lead zinc mining. This paper takes Shaanxi well-being of a lead-zinc mine as an example,according to "technical guidelines for environmental impact assessment of groundwater environment"( HJ610-2016),in recognition of the impact of groundwater environment and determine the environmental impact evaluation of groundwater level under the premise of the assessment area from hydrogeology,water level survey and hydrogeological investigation test to carry out three aspects of evaluation research the groundwater environment,directly affect the prediction and evaluation of lead-zinc mining on groundwater quality may cause,it should strengthen the long-term observation operation period of lead-zinc mine and groundwater pollution prevention and control measures,targeted to develop groundwater environmental impact monitoring plans and contingency plans,to ensure the safety of groundwater quality in the mining area.
