摘要
目的了解四会市某涂料厂建设项目存在的职业病危害因素的种类及危害程度,分析评价相应的职业病危害防护措施及效果。方法通过职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测检验、职业健康检查和检查表分析法等对该项目进行评价。结果该建设项目主要存在的职业病危害因素有化学毒物(苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙二醇、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、丙烯酸及丙烯酸正丁酯)、粉尘(二氧化钛粉尘和炭黑粉尘)及噪声。该次检测二甲苯的短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)和乙酸丁酯的时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)超过国家卫生标准要求,检测结果分别为(5.2~125.2)mg/m^3和(2.2~568.4)mg/m^3。其他化学毒物、粉尘浓度及噪声强度均符合国家卫生标准限值。结论在确保各类防护设施有效运行、保证生产设备正常运转的情况下,该项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
[Objective]To identify and analyze the types and levels of occupational hazards existed in the construction projects of a paint factory in Sihui City,evaluate the occupational diseases prevention measures and effect.[Methods]The project was evaluated by the methods of occupational field investigation,occupational hazards detection,occupational health examination and checklist.[Results]The occupational hazards included toxic chemicals(benzene,toluene,xylene,Ethylene glycol,butyl acetate,ethyl acetate,n-butyl acrylate,acrylic acid ester),dust(titanium dioxide dust and carbon black dust) and noise. Test results showed that concentration-short time exposure limit(CSTEL)of xylene and concentration-time weighted average(CTWA)of butyl acetate exceeded the allowable exposure limits of national standards,which were(5.2-125.2)mg/m^3 and(2.2-568.4)mg/m^3 respectively. The concentrations(intensities)of other poisonous chemicals,dusts and noise in the workplace accorded with the requirements of national occupational health standards.[Conclusion]The occupational hazard control measures in the project are feasible in the case of effective operation of protective facilities and normal operation of production equipment.
