摘要
目的对重庆市某医院伽玛刀立体定向放射治疗建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果放射防护评价,保障放射工作人员和公众健康和安全。方法根据放射防护有关标准进行放射卫生学调查、放射防护检测及评价。结果非治疗状态下距伽玛刀装置表面5 cm处、60 cm处的空气比释动能率最大值分别为3.3、0.67μGy/h;治疗状态下伽玛刀治疗室外空气比释动能率远小于2.5μGy/h,本建设项目屏蔽设施及安全设施满足要求。放射工作人员(公众)年有效剂量满足职业照射(公众照射)年有效剂量约束值要求。结论该伽玛刀立体定向放射治疗建设项目的职业病危害放射防护达到控制效果要求。
[Objective]To perform the radiation protection evaluation of occupational hazards control effect of γ-ray stereotactic radiotherapy in a hospital in Chongqing City,ensure the health and safety of radiological workers and public.[Methods]According to the relevant standards of radiation protection,the radiological hygiene investigation,radiological protection test and evaluation were conducted.[Results]Under the condition of non treatment,the maximums of air kerma rate at 5 cm and 60 cm away from the surface of the γ-ray device was 3.3 and 0.67 μGy/h respectively. Under the condition of treatment,the air kerma rate outside the γ-ray device was for less than 2.5 μGy/h. The shielding facilities and safety facilities of the construction met the requirements.The annual dose of radiation workers(the public)met the requirements of annual effective dose constraint for occupational expo-sure(public exposure).[Conclusion]The radiation protection of the occupational hazards of γ-ray stereotactic radiotherapy treatment project meets the control requirements.
