纳米零价铁及其负载镍去除水中溴酸盐研究

摘要 目的比较纳米Fe和纳米Fe/Ni对水中溴酸盐的去除效果,为更好去除饮用水中溴酸盐提供依据。方法通过平行实验比较了两种材料去除溴酸盐的效果,用离子色谱仪检测剩余的溴酸盐。结果 35℃时纳米Fe/Ni去除溴酸盐的速率常数是25℃纳米Fe/Ni的1.12倍。在35℃,纳米Fe/Ni去除溴酸盐20 min达平衡,去除率高达95.37%,此时,溴酸盐浓度达到10μg/L以下,符合我国《生活饮用水卫生标准》规定溴酸盐的要求。在25℃时纳米Fe、纳米Fe/Ni去除溴酸盐的速率常数分别为0.080 76/min和0.096 83/min,25℃时纳米Fe/Ni的速率常数是纳米Fe的1.20倍。结论在相同条件下,纳米Fe/Ni去除溴酸盐效率比纳米Fe高,且去除效率随着温度升高而增大。 [Objective]To compare the effect of nano Fe and nano Fe/Ni on bromate removal in water,provide a basis for better removal of bromate in drinking water.[Methods]The effect of bromate removal by two kinds of materials was compared by parallel experiments,and residual bromate was detected by ion chromatography.[Results]The rate constant for the removal of bromate by nano Fe/Ni at 35 ℃ was 1.12 times as great as that at 25 ℃. At 35 ℃,nano Fe/Ni removal of bromate 20 min could reach equilibrium,with the removal rate of up to 95.37%,at the same time,bromate concentration was below 10 μg/L,in line with the requirements from the Drinking water health standards. At 25 ℃,the rate constants for the removal of bromate by nano Fe and Fe/Ni was 0.080 76/min and 0.096 83/min respectively,while the rate constant of nano Fe/Ni at 25 ℃ was 1.20 times as great as that of nano Fe.[Conclusion]Under the same conditions,the removal efficiency of bromate by nano Fe/Ni is higher than that of nano Fe,and the removal efficiency increases with the increase of temperature.
