Determination of 10 elements in canned foods by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with microwave digestion

摘要 目的建立用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对罐头样品中铅、镉、镍、铬、钒、砷、锰、铜、锡、铝10种金属元素同时测定的方法,分析各类罐头样品包装材料重金属溶出影响,调查目前市售罐头样品的安全性。方法采用微波消解法处理样品,以^(72)Ge、^(115)In、^(185)Re、^(45)Sc为内标校正体系。结果各元素标准曲线相关系数在0.999 6以上,检出限为(0.002 8~0.030 0)mg/kg,精密度为0.34%~3.08%,加标回收率在93.3%~103.5%。扇贝标准物质的测定值与参考值基本吻合。罐头样品各类金属元素均值范围Al(0.224~9.34)mg/kg,Cr(0~0.125)mg/kg,Ni(0.026 6~0.158)mg/kg,As(0~0.125)mg/kg,Sn(0.083 2~4.983)mg/kg,Pb(0~0.162)mg/kg,V(0~0.062 8)mg/kg,Mn(0.220~2.031)mg/kg,Cu(0.337~4.392)mg/kg,Cd(0~0.043 0)mg/kg。结论该法检出限低,具有良好的精密度和准确度,能够满足罐头食品中多种金属元素含量同时测定的要求。 [Objective]To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of metal elements(Pb,Cd,Ni,Cr,V,As,Mn,Cu,Sn and Al)in canned foods by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with microwave digestion,analyze the effect of heavy metals digestionon the packaging materials of canned foods,and investigate the safety of commercially available canned foods.[Methods]The samples were treated by microwave digestion,using ^(72)Ge,^(115)In,^(185)Re,^(45)Sc as internal standard calibration system.[Results]The correlation coefficient of each element was greater than 0.999 6 in the linear range,the detection limits were between 0.002 8 mg/kg and 0.030 0 mg/kg,the precision of this method was 0.34%-3.08%,and the recovery of the method was 93.3%-103.5%. Standard substance test results were correspond to the reference values. The average values of metal elements in canned samples were as follows:Al(0.224-9.34)mg/kg,Cr(0-0.125)mg/kg,Ni(0.026 6-0.158)mg/kg,As(0-0.125) mg/kg,Sn(0.083 2-4.983) mg/kg,Pb(0-0.162) mg/kg,V(0-0.062 8) mg/kg,Mn(0.220-2.031) mg/kg,Cu(0.337-4.392)mg/kg,Cd(0-0.043 0)mg/kg.[Conclusion]The method has low detection limit,good precision and accuracy,and can meet the require-ments of simultaneous determination of various metal elements in canned foods.
