摘要
目的分析新乡医学院农村订单定向医学生学校适应与专业承诺状况及其关系,并提出有针对性的意见和建议。方法应用中国大学生学校适应量表、专业承诺量表对新乡医学院全体在校农村订单定向医学生进行问卷调查。结果定向医学生学校适应总得分为195.43±23.89;定向医学生专业承诺总得分为90.99±13.92;学校适应各维度和专业承诺各维度均呈显著正相关(P<0.05);情感承诺、规范承诺、理想承诺、继续承诺能预测学校适应总分22.6%的变异量。结论农村订单定向医学生学校适应、专业承诺得分均呈较高水平,专业承诺是学校适应的重要预测变量。
[Objective] To analyze the status of school adjustment and professional commitment and their relationship among rural-oriented medical students in Xinxiang Medical University,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.[Methods]The Chinese college students' school adjustment scale and the College students' professional commitment scale were used to investigate all rural-oriented medical students in Xinxiang Medical University.[Results] The total scores of school adjustment and professional commitment in rural-oriented medical students were 195.43 ±23.89 and 90.99 ±13.92 respectively.There were significantly positive correlations among all dimensions of school adjustment and all dimensions of professional commitment(P〈0.05). Emotional commitment,normative commitment,ideal commitment and continuance commitment could predict 22.6% of the total variance of school adjustment.[Conclusion]The rural-oriented medical students have higher scores of school adjustment and professional commitment. The professional commitment is the important predictor variable of school adjustment.
