摘要
在对麦可思研究院近三年关于大学生就业报告进行分析的基础上,以安庆师范大学为例,对男女大学生的就业率、就业质量进行比较研究。研究表明女生的就业状况显著性优于男生,但大学生就业后的薪资待遇比男生低。导致差异的主要原因是男大学生的就业预期相对较高,女大学生的就业质量相对较低。为了促进大学生更好就业,高校要积极开展人才市场需求研究,大力推进专业结构调整;重视课程应用价值,注重实践能力的提升;加强大学生就业指导,确立合理的就业期望;指导大学生正确对待就业,保持职后持续发展;鼓励大学生创新、创业,实现更好就业。
Based on the analysis of college students' employment reports by MyCOS in the past three years and taking Anqing Normal University as an example, the paper makes a comparative study on the employment rate and quality of male and female students. It is found that female college students are significantly better than male ones in employment, but male college students' salaries are higher than female ones. The main cause of the differences is that employment expectations of male college students are higher and that the employment quality of female college students is lower. In order to promote college students' employment, colleges and universities should actively carry out re- search on the demand of talent market, vigorously adjust professional structure, pay attention to the application value of courses and students' practical ability, strengthen employment guidance, help college students establish reasonable expectations of employment, guide college stu- dents to form right attitudes towards employment, keep sustainable development after employment, and encourage students to innovate, set up businesses and find better jobs.
