摘要
为了考察微胶囊化薄荷香精在卷烟烟丝上的储存稳定性及抽吸时在主流烟气中的转移率,建立了一种运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)测定卷烟烟丝中微胶囊化后的薄荷香精实际含量的检测方法。试样以甲醇和三乙胺为溶剂,超声辅助浸提,萃取液用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测分析。分别对样品量、萃取溶剂和萃取时间等前处理条件进行了优化。采用SIM法定量分析,加标回收率为91.57%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.70%,线性相关系数大于0.998,检测限为1.69μg/g,定量限5.07μg/g。结果表明:该方法准确、可靠,可用于测定烟丝样品中微胶囊化后的薄荷香精实际含量。通过此方法测定存放12个月内的烟丝样品,并结合主流烟气中薄荷醇转移量,证明微胶囊化后的薄荷香精能够较稳定地进行控制释放。
In order to research the storage stability of microencapsulated mint flavor on cut tobacco and its transfer rate in cigarette main stream smoke,a method for determining the actual content of encapsulated mint flavor on cut tobacco by GC-MS was established.The tobacco samples were extracted by mixed solvent of methyl alcohol and triethylamine with ultrasonic assistant,then,the obtained extracts were detected by GC-MS.The pretreatment conditions including sample amount,extraction solvent,extraction time,etc.were optimized.SIM method was used for quantitative analysis,and the standard addition recovery rate was 91.57%,relative standard deviation(RSD,n= 6) was 0.70%,the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.998,the detection limit was 1.69 μg/g,and the limit of quantitation was 5.07 μg/g.The results showed that the method was reliable,accurate,and suitable to determine the content of microencapsulated mint flavor on cut tobacco.It was proved that the microencapsulated mint flavor could be steadily controlled release in 12 months.
