仙人草提取物成分分析及在卷烟中的应用

Analysis of Chemical Constituents of the Extract of Mesona Chinensis Benth.and Its Application in Cigarette

为研究仙人草提取物的成分及其在卷烟中的应用,采用超临界CO_2萃取技术提取仙人草,通过GC-MS方法分析鉴定了仙人草提取物的主要化学成分,并进行了卷烟加香试验。分析结果表明,仙人草提取物中含有大量的高级脂肪酸和萜烯类成分,以及醇、酮和酯类成分,加入到卷烟中可以丰富卷烟香气,改善口腔舒适度,提升烟气状态。因此,仙人草提取物是可以利用的一种新型烟用香原料。

To evaluate the application effects of extract of Mesona Chinensis Benth.obtained by supercritical CO_2 extraction in cigarette,its chemical constituents were determined by GC-MS.The analytical results showed that it contained many high-grade fatty acids,terpenes,alcohols,ketones and esters.When it was applied in cigarette,it could enrich the aroma of smoking,improve the comfort of oral taste and the status of smoke.That meant it would be a new available material for cigarette flavoring.
