摘要心脏康复的核心是有氧运动康复,其理论基础是心肺运动试验。心肺运动试验（CPET）是在静息状态下测定人体的全套肺功能之后,在不同负荷下连续动态监测记录进出气流、氧气和二氧化碳,实时检测机体氧耗量和二氧化碳排出量、全导联心电图、袖带无创血压、脉搏、血氧饱和度等动态变化。CPET反映细胞呼吸功能变化、最大有氧代谢能力和心肺储备能力。CPET测定可明确个体的定量心肺储备功能,能提供康复训练强度指标,
