基于BIM二氧化碳P-V-T关系测定实验教学的应用

摘要 开发测定二氧化碳P-V-T关系的虚拟仿真系统,可以在一定程度上代替真实实验系统,帮助学生对本实验过程中多工况现象以及操作过程进行全面了解。在本研究中以BIM中Revit软件为基础平台建立实验模型,结合Unity软件进行模拟仿真,实现了多工况下模拟CO2不同现象的效果,解决了真实操作中难以出现的临界和超临界压力变化现象问题,并避免了由于操作不当极易发生爆炸、设备损坏等问题,该虚拟实验代替真实实验,虚实结合,从而加深学生对实验的理解。此项研究成果还可应用于虚拟可视化教学实验及相关领域的科学研究,促进学校信息化、现代化、网络化等多方面建设。 Developing a virtual simulation system for determining the relationship between P-V-T and CO2 can replace the real experiment system to some extent and help students comprehensively understand the multi -condition and operation process in this experiment. In this study, using Revit software BIM as the basic platform to set up the experimental model simulation with Unity software, realizes the muhi-condition simulation of CO2 different effects, will solve the problem of critical and supercritical pressure changes occur in real operation phenomenon is difficult to appear, and prone to explosion due to improper operation, the damage of e- quipment and other issues, the virtual experiment instead of real experiment, combined with the actual situation, so as to deepen students' understanding of the experiment. This research achievement can also be applied to virtual visualization teaching experiment and scientific research in related fields, so as to promote the construction of information, modernization and networking in schools.
