摘要
传统理论确定煤矿最优安全投资的主要方法是用函数表示煤矿的安全投资与效益的函数关系,再用回归方程、求极值或边际办法等求得煤矿的最优安全投资。由于大多数煤矿的安全投资与效益的关系并不能用函数关系式表示出来,这时就不能使用传统方法来求最优安全投资。基于非线性规划求最优解的复杂性,运用一维直接搜索优化法和斐波那契法的基本思路和理论,求解煤矿的最优安全投资。该种方法适用于不能用函数关系表示煤矿的安全投资与效益之间的关系时,如何确定煤矿的最优安全投资问题,可以确保煤矿在若干年内就能寻找出本企业的最优安全投资量。该种方法依据有理论可靠,可操作性强,省时、省力和省财力。
Traditional theory to determine the optimal coal mine safety investment are the main ways using functions to represent relationship between coal mine safety investment and benefit, and regression equation, extremum or marginal and so on. to the optimum of the obtained coal mine safety investment. Because most of the coal mine safety function relation between the investment and benefit relationship could not be used, which will not be able to use the traditional method to evaluate the optimal safety investment at this time. Based on the complexity of nonlinear programming and by the way of the one-dimensional direct search optimization method and the basic idea of Fibonacci method and theory, the optimal coal mine safety investment is solved. This kind of method applies to that cannot use the function relationship between coal mine safety investment and benefit, how to determine the optimal safety investment of coal mine, which can ensure the coal mine will be able to find out the optimal security investment of this enterprise in several years. This kind of method based on the theory of a reliable, the maneuverability is strong, powerful generalization, save time, manpower and financial resources.
