Reflections on the Innovative Development of Safety Training in our Institute

为更好地服务国家安全生产需要,更好地完成国家安全监管总局分配的工作任务,本文以"创新是引领发展的第一动力"为主旨,针对我校安全培训工作创新发展方向,从体制机制、制度、课程建设、培训方法手段、培训质量提升等方面进行了思考,并提出了构想与建议。

In order to be better serve the national work safety and better fulfill the tasks assigned by the State Administration of Work Safety, this paper focuses on the opment＂. From the aspects of institutional mechanisms, theme of ＂Innovation is the primary engine of develsystem, curriculum structure, training methods and quality improvement, the author put forward ideas and suggestions for the innovation and development of safety training work.
