摘要
通过对兰州石化公司西区主要生产装置的各种型号DCS的通讯接口 (如OPC、NetDDE、FastDDE、TPS DDE、ACG1 0S、ECGW3以及RS81 )进行具体分析 ,设计出针对各种通讯接口的数据采集方案 ,实现了对生产工艺数据的实时采集 ,并把采集来的数据定时发送到实时数据库 。
Based on analyzing many kinds communication interfaces(such as OPC,NetDDE,FastDDE,TpsDDE,ACG10S,ECGW3 and RS81)of DCS in the major production unit in the west region of Lanzhou Petrochemical Corp.,a data acquisition scheme for a great variety of communication interfaces is designed.This scheme can realize manufacturing technique real-time data acquisition and can transmit the data to real-time database at the same time.Therefore,it lays a basis for realizing real-time browsing production data by Browser/Server structure.
