摘要
为有效预测和评估南京奥林匹克体育中心周边的噪声水平,通过实测的交通和噪声数据对国家标准规定的机动车噪声排放模型进行了适用于道路场景的本地化修正,并对设定的不同交通管制措施下的噪声分布进行了模拟和评估。针对南京奥林匹克体育中心,计算和分析8种不同交通管制措施对噪声分布的影响。结果表明,限流、限速和设置管制区均有降低噪声的作用,大车限流的降噪效果有限。此外,综合限流、限速、设置管制区、大车限流等交通管制措施能够达到更好的降噪效果。
In order to effectively predict and evaluate the traffic noise distribution of Nanjing Olympic Sports Center around,the motor vehicle noise emission model prescribed in the national standard was localized corrected to fit for local road scene based on the measured traffic and noise data. The distributions of the traffic noise under different traffic control measures were simulated and evaluated. For Nanjing Olympic Sports Center, the influences of different traffic control measures on the noise distribution were calculated and analyzed by setting up 8 different traffic control measures. The results show that the flow limit, the speed limit and setting the control area all have the effect of noise reduction. But, the flow limit of large vehicles has lower effect. In addition, the integrated measures including flow limit, speed limit, setting the control area and flow limit of large vehicles can achieve a better effect of noise reduction.
