摘要
以黑麦草为研究对象,采用人工模拟CO_2泄漏平台,考察不同浓度CO_2泄漏对黑麦草主要生长性状和生理生化性质的影响。实验结果表明:当CO_2浓度达到1439 600 mg/m^3时,黑麦草的光合作用受到抑制,黑麦草体内的可溶性蛋白含量增加,黑麦草的脯氨酸调节机制遭到破坏,黑麦草体内的过氧化氢酶的活性降低,植物抗逆能力减弱。
CO2 geological storage technology is a direct and effective way to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, but the stored carbon dioxide in the earth is in danger of leakage. The purpose is to research the effect of elevated concentration of CO2 to ryegrass and provide a theoretical basis for risk assessment of geological storage of CO2. The research shows that the photosynthesis of ryegrass will be inhibited and the proline regulation mechanism of ryegrass will be destroyed under the conditions of high concentration of CO2 up to 1439600 mg/m-3. Besides, the soluble sugar content of ryegrass increased and the activity of catalase was decreased.
