摘要
拟除虫菊酯类农药的使用量和施用范围逐年扩大,导致农药残留问题也逐渐显现。空气、土壤、水体及沉积物中的拟除虫菊酯类农药通过各种途径进入生物体内并通过食物链的流动最终在人体内汇集,影响人体健康。文章综述了拟除虫菊酯农药的饮食摄入与非饮食摄入2种暴露途径及对人体健康的影响,并针对易感人群婴幼儿的暴露途径及潜在风险进行了分析。
Synthetic pyrethroid insecticides are widely used to control agricultural and household insects, as well as to elimi-nate human louse infestation. As their more extensive application, pyrethroids have become ubiquitous in the environment,which leads to a more serious problem of pesticide residue. The residual pyrethroids on plants, animals and other products ac-cumulate in human bodies eventually by food chain. Besides, pyrethroids in air, soil, water and sediments are transported to creature bodies via different ways. Presented here are two primary exposure routes of dietary exposure and non-dietary inges-tion exposure such as dermal absorption. In addition, the significance of possible chronic effects of pyrethroids on human health is an emerging concern. Particularly, as a more sensitive group, children environmental exposure pathway to pyrethroid insecticides and the potential risks should be paid more attention.
