京津冀生物质废弃物能源化利用潜力及环境效益研究 被引量:3

摘要 京津冀地区生物质废弃物资源丰富,随着生物质发电技术的发展,生物质废弃物具有较大的回收利用价值。文章基于物质流分析方法(Material Flow Analysis)建立京津冀地区生物质废弃物清查模型,预测出生物质废弃物能源化利用潜力,结果显示2010-2014年京津冀地区生物质废弃物产生量呈上升趋势,2014年生物质废弃物能源化利用量可达10780.23万t,折合能量1955.28 PJ。通过生物质利用能源分析及排放分析,结果表明:2014年京津冀地区生物质废弃物可发电量1820.2亿kW·h,可替代该地区电力消费总量的35.9%,相较传统发电方式,同等发电量前提下生物质发电可减少SO_2排放量25.04万t,NO_x排放量39.93万t,PM_(10)排放量4.97万t。减少直接经济损失7.12亿元。因此,推进生物质废弃物回收利用,加快生物质能源化产业发展对于京津冀地区污染物减排及缓解能源压力具有重要意义。 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has an abundance of biomass waste resources.The biomass waste inventory model is established on the material flow analysis. And the rising trend of biomass waste during 2010-2014 is calculated and obtained by the model. In 2014, biomass waste utilization possible source reached 107.80 million tons, equivalent to 1955.28 PJ ener-gy. Based on the energy and emission analysis of the biomass utilization, results showed that the biomass waste could gener-ate electricity 182020 million k W·h in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, substituted 35.9% of total electricity consumption.Biomass power generation could be reduced the SO2 emissions by 250400 tons, NOxemissions by 399300 tons and PM(10) emissions by 49700 tons than thermal power generation, which directly reduced the economic losses of 712 million yuan.Therefore, it is of great significance to make rational utilization of biomass waste for reducing the emissions of pollutants in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
