辽宁省博物馆藏辽代彩绘人物纹木雕

Colour Wood Carvings with Figures of Liao Dynasty Collected in Liaoning Provincial Museum

辽宁省博物馆在上个世纪九十年代征集到一套彩绘人物纹木雕，共12件。木雕均为上圆下卷云纹座，采用浮雕的方式，正面雕刻各种人物，背面光素。人物均脚踏祥云．多残留有彩绘的痕迹。大小基本相同，通高26．5、圆形直径20、厚1．5厘米，形制相似应为一组。下面分别对这12件木雕饰进行介绍。

In 1990s, Liaoning provincial museum collected 12 pieces of wood carvings of Liao Dynasty, which figures were similar with the characters of ＂Scroll-Painting of the Five Planets and the Twenty-Eight Stellar Mansions＂ collected in Osaka Municipal Museum of Art and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Combining with the records of ＂Yuan Shi Yu Fu Zhi＂ , it could be infen＇ed that the figures of the 12 pieces of wood carvings of Liao Dynasty had relationship with the Twenty-Eight Stellar Mansions, and eight of which were tail, neck, root, rooftop, net, dipper, wall, tm＇tle beak.
