浅析民办养老机构老年人心理需求及策略——以重庆市九龙坡区宏善康乐源养护中心为例

Analysis of the Psychological Demand and Tactics of the Elderly in the Private pension institutions

随着社会经济的发展、人们生活水平的提高和生活方式的转变,老年群体对精神慰藉、休闲娱乐、文化教育、社会参与等高层次的服务需求日益增长。从民办养老机构入住老人的实际情况出发,以个案研究作为切入点,以重庆市九龙坡区宏善康乐源养护中心入住的约260位老人作为研究对象,综合运用观察法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对老年人的心理需求进行调查分析,为满足民办养老机构中的老年人心理需求提供相应的对策,进而提高他们的幸福感和晚年生活质量。

With the development of social economy, the improvement of people＇s living standard and the change of life style, the old group＇s demand for high-level services such as spiritual comfort, leisure entertainment, culture education, and social participation is increasing. Starting from the actual situation of the elderly in private pension institutions, with a case study as the breakthrough point, stay about 260 elderly which live in Chongqing Jiulongpo District HongShan Kangleyuan conservation center as the research object, use the analysis of the psychological needs o observation method, f the investigation of interview method, questionnaire survey and other research methods the elderly, in order to meet the psychological needs of the elderly in private pension institutions to provide the corresponding countermeasure, thus improve the quality of their happiness and in later life
