摘要
以3、6、9、12和50周龄昆明小鼠为研究对象,利用ELISA和荧光定量PCR技术分别检测不同发育阶段小鼠血清GnIH质量浓度及卵巢GnIH基因的表达.结果表明:小鼠血清GnIH质量浓度在3周龄和50周龄极显著高于其他组(P<0.01),且6至12周龄逐渐升高.卵巢GnIH基因表达从3至12周龄逐渐升高,50周龄极显著下降(P<0.01).初步表明GnIH参与调节小鼠卵巢的发育及功能.
The 3,6,9,12 and 50 week's old mice were selected as experimental animals in this study. We used ELISA to measure the serum concentration of GnlH. The mRNA expression of GnlH in ovary were detected by qRT-PCR. In 3 and 50 weeks old mice, the serum GnlH concentration was significantly higher than that in other groups (P〈0.01), while serum GnlH concentrations increased gradually from 6 to 12 weeks. From 3 to 12 weeks, The ovarian GnlH expression increased gradually, and the expression significantly decreased at 50 weeks old (P〈0.01). We suggesting that GnlH involved in regulating the de- velopment and aging of mice ovaries.
