宁夏农村饮水安全工程运行管理绩效考核体系研究

Study on the performance appraisal system for operation management of rural drinking water safety project in Ningxia

针对宁夏农村饮水安全工程的特点,从组织管理、安全管理、工程管理、用水管理、财务管理5个方面建立了考核指标体系,利用TOPSIS模型构建了农村饮水安全工程绩效考核模型,以11个管理单位考核打分结果为例,确定单位管理水平的排序.为农村饮水安全工程管理的规范化、科学化提供依据.

Abstract： According to the characteristics of the rural drinking water safety project in Ningxia, and from organization management, security management, project management, water management, we established five aspects of the assessment index system on finan- cial management, we used TOPSIS model on rural drinking water safety project performance evaluation model and established 11 grades management unit examination results, for example, determine the unit management level. It provides a basis for the stan- dardization and scientific management of safe drinking water.
