我国是农业大国,国家始终将农业发展放在重要位置,对于农业方面的补贴从未松懈.本文从国内研究的角度,系统性整理关于国内研究农业机械购置补贴的理论依据、政策的现实依据、农业机械补贴发展历程、补贴政策实施效果、存在的问题建议以及国际研究经验的借鉴等方面的内容.由此归结出农业机械补贴发展的特点与规律,并对未来农机补贴政策发展方向提供理论性指导.

China is a big agricuhural country, she has always put agricultural development in an important position, and our agri-cultural subsidies has never been lax. This paper, based on the domestic research, systematically collates the theoretical basis onthe agricultural machinery purchase subsidy in our country, the actual basis of the policy, the development of agricultural machin-ery subsidies, the effect of this policy, the problems and suggestions, and international research experience, etc. It is concluded thatthe characteristics and laws of the development of agricultural machinery subsidies, and provide theoretical guidance for the devel-opment of agricultural subsidies in the future.
