摘要
目的:研究硼对大鼠脾脏发育及其组织结构的影响。方法:选用21±2日龄清洁级雄性SD大鼠100只,适应性饲养1 w后逐只称重,根据体重分为对照组和试验Ⅰ-Ⅸ组,对照组饮用蒸馏水,试验Ⅰ-Ⅸ组分别在蒸馏水中添加5、10、20、40、80、160、320、480、640 mg/L的硼,试验期30 d。结果:与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ大鼠脾脏重量和器官指数均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),脾脏组织结构清晰,脾小结增多,脾小结面积显著增大(P<0.01),动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚,其中试验Ⅲ组极显著增厚29.38%(P<0.01);试验Ⅷ和Ⅸ组大鼠脾脏重量和器官指数均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),脾脏白髓结构模糊,动脉周围淋巴鞘厚度显著降低(P<0.01),脾小结面积显著减小(P<0.05或P<0.01),淋巴细胞排列疏松,其间有较多空泡和缝隙。结论:饮水添加硼10~40 mg/L硼对雄性大鼠脾脏发育及组织结构有明显改善作用,添加480和640 mg/L硼则有不同程度的损伤。
Objective: In order to study the effects of boron on development and microstructure of spleen of rats.Methods: A total of 100 male SD rats( 21 ± 2 d) were divided into control group and experimental group Ⅰ-Ⅸaccording to body weight. The control group drank distilled water,and the experimental group Ⅰ-Ⅸ drank distilled water with 5,10,20,40,80,160,320,480,640 mg/L boron for 30 days,respectively. Results: The results showed,compared with control group,the weight and index of spleen were significantly increased in rat of experimental Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01); the microstructure of spleen was clear,the number of spleen nodes were increased,the area of spleen nodes were significantly increased( P〈0. 01),the peripheral lymphatic sheath were thicken,inwhich the thickness was increased by 29. 38 % in the experimental group Ⅲ( P〈0. 01).The weight and index of spleen were significantly decreased in rat of experimental Ⅷ and Ⅸ( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01); the structure of white pulp were not clear,the thickness was significantly decreased( P〈0. 01),and the area of spleen nodes was also significantly decreased( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01),the lymphocytes were loose with more vacuoles and the gap in the spleen nodes. Conclusion: The results showed that the supplementation of boron10-40 mg/L boron have obvious improvd effect on the development and microstructure of 60-day-old male rats,but the supplementation of 480 and 640 mg/L boron have different degree of damaged effect.
