摘要
针对车载多路视频监控系统设计复杂、成本高、不稳定等问题,提出了一种基于MST703和DM5885的新型四路车载视频监控系统设计方案。主控芯片采用嵌入式视频驱动芯片MST703,视频解码芯片则采用DM5885,能够将4路CVBS模拟信号转化为1路标准的CCIR656数字信号,支持以隔行或逐行的方式将四路视频混合输出。介绍了多路音视频采集、视频解码混合相关技术,重点讨论了图像采集、倒车检测和电源模块的电路设计以及LCD驱动程序软件设计。最后,通过外接4路广角鱼眼摄像头和7寸TFT-LCD进行实验和上路测试。结果表明,该方案显示效果良好、稳定、抗干扰能力强,成本相比其他同类型的产品下降了约30%。
For the problem given in on-board muhi-channel video monitoring system design such as complex, high cost and unsta- ble. A new type of four road vehicle video monitor system design scheme was proposed based on MST703 and DM5885. Master control chip driven by embedded was MST703 and video decoding chip was DM5885, which could convert 4 CVBS analog signal into 1 road standard CCIR656 digital signal. It can support interlaced or progressive way. The multi-channel audio and video ac- quisition, video decoding mix related technologies were introduced. The image acquisition, reversing detection, circuit design of the power supply module and LCD driver software design were discussed. Finally, tests were confirmed by an external 4-way wide angle fish-eye camera and 7 inch Tb-T-LCD. Results show that the proposed scheme shows good effect, stable and strong anti-jam- ming capability, cost has fallen about 30% compared with other types of products.
