3D动画电影设计制作流程及其管理探究

Researches on 3D animation film design process and its management

针对中国3D动画片设计不规范及普遍质量不高的特点,首先对中国3D动画电影产业现状进行了剖析,然后提出了3D动画电影设计制作应分为前期规划筹备阶段、2D前期制作阶段、3D实际制作阶段等多个流程,并由此研究了3D动画电影制作的关键技术,最后还提出应将质量管理理论体系引入到动画设计流程管理中来的观点,希望为3D动画电影设计制作提供参考。

According to the characteristics of China＇s animation design standard and quality is generally not high, the current status of 3D animation industry in China is analyzed, and then put forward the 3D animation movie design should be divided into pre planning preparation stage, 2D pre production stage, 3D actual production stage multiple processes, and thus on the key 3D ani- mation technology, finally puts forward the theory of quality management system into the view of animation design process manage- ment, hoping to provide reference for the design and production of 3 D animation film.
