摘要
小白杏去核加工是杏子精深加工的重要一环。目前中国小白杏的去核方法主要靠人工进行鲜杏去核,生产效率低,且去核过程中的果肉和果汁的损失率较高。鉴于此状况,本文介绍了一种以气泵为动力的机构,通过气力伸缩气缸带动冲核机构往复运动。设计的冲核机构中的冲杆长度为156 mm,冲头直径为7.4 mm,冲杆末端的翅片长径为50 mm,通过对去核机构的试验,验证该去核机构的果肉和果汁的损失率约为2.458%,低于5%,运行可靠。
Kernel removal is an important link in samll white apricot deep processing.At present,kernel removal of white apricot mainly depends on manual work,this method is of low efficiency and hign loss rate of sarcocarp and fruit juice during kernel removal processing.Based on this current situation,a mechanism which takes gas pump as power and realizes reciprocating movement through pneumatic telescopic cylinder was introduced in this paper.The length of jumper bar in kernal removal mechanism was designed to be 156 mm,the diameter of punch was designed to be 7.4 mm,the major diameter of the fin on the end of jumper bar was designed to be 50 mm.The result of verification test indicates that,the loss rate of.sarcocarp and fruit juice results from this kernel removal mechnism is approximately 2.458%,lower than 5%,these results prove that this machine runs reliably.
