等量给料式犊牛饲喂站的设计与试验

Design and Test of Equal Feeding Calf Feeding Sation

高效、高质量饲喂是实施犊牛精细养殖的关键,本文结合牛场养殖户饲喂需求,在分析牛场现有作业条件的基础上,设计完成了一种多头等量给料式犊牛饲喂站,该机主要由饲喂物料加工部分、物料等量供给部分、控制部分以及机架等组成,通过对饲喂站进行试验,结果表明,装备可同时供8头犊牛食用,最大投料量3 L,最大加工量作业条件下,物料加工时间136.4 min,给料时间不高于7 s,能够满足犊牛多头同时饲喂的要求。

High efficiency and high quality feeding is the key to implementation of precision calf feeding.Combining with the feeding demand of famers and based on the analysis of the present operating conditions of cattle farms,an equal feeding calf feeding station was designed.This machine is made up of materials processing part,material equal supply part,control part and frame and so on.The test results of calf feeding station indicates that,the machine can feed 8 calves at the same time,the max material charge amount of this machine is 3 L,the material processing time is 136.4 min under the max processing condition,the feeding time is no longer than 7 s,therefore,this machine can meet the requirement of mutiple calves feeding at one time.
