奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效

Clinical effect of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis

目的探讨奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月—2017年3月于咸宁市中心医院收治的70例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组患者采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用阿莫西林治疗,两组患者均持续治疗1个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状评分、胃镜下评分,观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的74.29%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者临床症状评分与胃镜下评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者临床症状评分、胃镜下评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效确切,可有效保护患者胃黏膜,改善患者胃功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods A total of 70 cases of chronic superficial gastritis patients were selected from March 2015 to March 2017 in Xianning Central Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with omeprazole,observation group was treated with amoxicillin based on control group,both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical effect,clinical symptom scores and gastroscope scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The tatol effective rate of observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than control group（74.29%）（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,no significant differences of clinical symptom scores or gastroscope scores was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the clinical symptom scores and gastroscope scores of observation group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.No statistically significant difference of adverse reactions rate was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Omeprazole combined with amoxicillin have an obviously clinical effect in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis,it can effectively protect the gastric mucosa,and improve gastric function of patients.
