中医综合护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果

Appalication effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的探讨中医综合护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取徐州市贾汪区人民医院2014年6月—2016年6月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者69例,随机分为常规护理组30例与中医综合护理组39例。常规护理组患者予以常规护理,中医综合护理组患者在常规护理组基础上予以中医综合护理。比较两组患者的治疗效果、Barthel指数评分与Fugl-Meyer评分。结果中医综合护理组患者总有效率为94.9%,高于常规护理组的76.7%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者Barthel指数评分与Fugl-Meyer评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后中医综合护理组患者Barthel指数评分与Fugl-Meyer评分高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理既有助于提高脑卒中偏瘫患者临床治疗效果,又可提高患者的运动功能和生活自理能力。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 69 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected from June 2014 to June 2016 in Jiawang District People＇s Hospital of Xuzhou,which were divided into routine nursing group（n=30） and integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing group（n=39）.Routine nursing group was given routine nursing,integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing group was given integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on routine nursing group.The clinical efficacy,Barthel index scores and Fugl-Meyer scores were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total efficiency rate of integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing group was 94.9%,which was higher than routine nursing group（76.7%）（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of index scores or Fugl-Meyer scores was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing group of Barthel index scores and Fugl-Meyer scores were higher than routine nursing group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine is not only helpful to improve the clinical therapeutic effect of stroke patients with hemiplegia,but also can promote the patients＇ functional exercise and improve their self-care ability.
