剖宫产术联合子宫肌瘤剥除术在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of cesarean section and hysteromyoma stripping in pregnancy associated with uterine fibroids maternal

目的探讨剖宫产术联合子宫肌瘤剥除术在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤产妇中的应用效果。方法选取泰州市第二人民医院2012年7月—2016年7月收治的妊娠合并子宫肌瘤于剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剥除术产妇35例作为研究组,以妊娠合并子宫肌瘤行剖宫产术产妇35例为对照A组,以妊娠未合并子宫肌瘤行剖宫产术产妇50例为对照B组。比较3组产妇手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、术后住院时间及血性恶露持续时间。结果研究组手术时间长于对照A组、对照B组(P<0.05);研究组血性恶露时间短于对照A组(P<0.05);研究组与对照B组血性恶露时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产术联合子宫肌瘤剥除术在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤产妇中安全可行。

Objective To explore the application effect of cesarean section and hysteromyoma stripping in pregnancy associated with uterine fibroids maternal.Methods A total of 35 cases of patients with pregnancy associated with uterine fibroids were selected from July 2012 to July 2016 in the Second People＇s Hospital of Taizhou as study group,35 cases of pregnant women with uterine fibroids underwent caesarean section were selected as group A,and 50 cases of patients with pregnancy without uterine fibroids were selected as group B.The operative time,intraoperative bleeding,anal exhaust time,postoperative hospitalization time and bloody lochia duration were compared among three groups.Results The study group of operation time was longer than that of the group A and group B（P〈0.05）.The study group of bloody lochia duration was shorter than group A（P〈0.05）,no statistically significant difference of bloody lochia duration was found between the study group and group B（P〉0.05）.There was no significant differences of intraoperative bleeding,anal exhaust time,postoperative hospitalization time among the three groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Cesarean section and hysteromyoma stripping is safe and feasible in pregnancy associated with hysteromyoma maternal.
