国内护理干预对造瘘口患者生活质量的影响Meta分析

Effects of domestic nursing interventions on the life quality of patients with fistula:a Meta analysis

[目的]分析护理干预对造瘘口患者生活质量的影响.[方法]利用计算机检索中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国知网和万方数据库中关于国内造瘘口患者生活质量的相关文献,时间截止至2017年6月底,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行统计分析,根据异质性结果选择固定效应模型或随机效应模型,对不能进行合并的数据进行定性描述.[结果]经过筛选最终纳入符合条件的4篇文献,因躯体功能研究结果异质性较大,故采用随机效应模型分析,干预组生活质量总得分及功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01).[结论]给予造瘘口患者护理干预可提高其生活质量.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effects of nursing interventions on the life quality of patients with fistula.METHODS Domestic related literatures on the life quality of patients with fistula were computer retrieved through the databases such as Chinese sci-tech periodical full-text database,CNKI,and Wanfang database.The deadline was the end of June 2017,and the RevMan 5.2 software was used to do the statistical analysis.Fixed effects or random effects model were selected according to the results of heterogeneity,and the data which could not be combined were qualitatively described.RESULTSFour literatures were included in the study.The random effects model was used because the results of physical function had large heterogeneity.The scores of life quality and function of the patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION Nursing interventions on the patients with fistula could improve their life quality.
