摘要
西南少数民族地区残疾人就业具有就业压力偏大、就业环境不佳及就业形式单一、就业情况影响民族和谐融合等特殊性。残疾人支持性就业这种新型就业形式能够破解西南少数民族地区残疾人就业面临的问题,因而推行支持性就业具有实践意义。在西南少数民族地区推进支持性就业的发展,应加强地方顶层设计,同时构建支持性就业的法律政策体系,发挥政府推进支持性就业的积极作用,建立支持性就业的配套支持制度。
Employment of people with disabilities in areas inhabited by ethnic minorities in Southwest China has certain characteristics, such as relatively high employment pressures, poor employment environment, limited forms of employment and employment conditions af- fecting ethnic harmony and integration. Supportive employment of persons with disabilities as a new form of employment could solve the problems faced by people with disabilities in areas in- habited by ethnic minorities in Southwest China. Therefore, it is of practical significance to promote supportive employment. To promote the development of supportive employment in are- as inhabited by ethnic minorities in Southwest China, we should strengthen local top-level de- sign, establish a legal and policy system of supportive employment, give full play to the posi- tive role of the government in promoting supportive employment and establish a supporting sys- tem for supportive employment.
