中医电子病历大数据服务平台设计与研究

Design and Research on the Big Data Service Platform of Electronic Medical Record of Traditional Chinese Medicine

通过对中医电子病历大数据服务平台的功能、技术和安全需求进行分析,设计出多层次的中医电子病历大数据服务平台,该平台具有数据采集、数据共享存储、数据分析、保证数据安全的功能,能够为个体化医疗与精准医疗、方药知识发现、治未病、个体化疗效评价等方面提供便利,在保证中医特色和数据安全的前提下,实现中医电子病历核心数据的开放、共享、分析与应用。

This paper analyzed the functions,technologies and security requirements of the electronic medi cal record（EMR） data service platform,designed and constructed a multi-level data service platform for EMR with the functions of data acquisition,data sharing and storing,data analysis and security.It could provide convenience for individual medicine,precision medicine,discovery of Chinese prescriptions and medicine,prevention of diseases and individual efficacy evaluation.This platform could realize the opening,sharing,analysis and application of the core data of the electronic medical records in TCM under the premise of ensuring the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
