程益春应用药对治疗桥本甲状腺炎经验

Cheng Yichun's Experiences in Treating Hashimoto's Thyroiditis by Herbal Pairs

程益春认为肝失疏泄,脾失健运导致气滞、痰凝、血瘀壅结颈前是桥本甲状腺炎的发病机制,治疗上重视药对的使用,如以夏枯草、浙贝母化痰散结,柴胡、白芍疏肝解郁,莪术、三棱活血软坚,水红花子、泽兰活血利水,黄芪、山药、枸杞子、山萸肉温肾健脾,白花蛇舌草、半枝莲清热解毒。通过对药对应用的总结,进一步论述程益春对桥本甲状腺炎病因病机的认识及辨治经验。

Cheng Yichun believed that the liver failing to govern the free flow of qi and the spleen failing to transport cause qi stagnation,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis in front of the neck which are the pathogenesis of the Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis.In the treatment,herbal pairs were used such as：Prunella vulgaris and Thunberg Fritillary to dissolve phlegm and dissipate masses,bupleurum and radix Paeoniae Alba to soothe the liver qi and relieve the depression,rhizoma curcumae and rhizoma sparganii to promote the blood circulation and soften the hardness,Fructus Polygoni orientalis and Eupatorium to promote the blood circulation and diuresis,astragalus,yam,medlar and Cornus to warm the kidney and invigorate the spleen,Hedyotis diffusa and Scutellaria barbata to reducing the heat and toxicity.This paper summarized the applications of herbal pairs and analyzed Cheng Yichun＇s knowledge about the etiology and pathogenesis of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis and his experiences in the treatment.
