摘要
战后日本在从后发展经济向工业化经济转型过程中,成功实现了劳动力的部门间资源转移。影响日本劳动力部门间资源转移效率的因素主要包括农村劳动力的过剩供给与高文化素质、农业部门自身的变革、工业部门对劳动力的旺盛需求,以及日本政府的政策推动等等。通过劳动力部门间配置结构的改变,提高了日本整体的劳动生产率,缩小了日本农业部门与工业部门的收入差距,推动了日本的经济发展,维护了日本社会的稳定,对于实现日本经济现代化做出了重要贡献。
For the economic transition from backwardness to industrialization in Post-War Japan, the country successfully realized the inter-sector transfer of labor force. The factors that affect the efficiency of Japanese labor force transfer between different economic sectors mainly include the surplus supply of rural labor force and higher cultural quality, the change of the agricultural sector itself, the strong demand for the labor force in the industrial sector, and the Japanese government' s policy promotion etc. Through the improvement of labor force allocation efficiency between different sectors, Japan's overall labor productivity has been increased, which narrowed the income gap between the agricultural sector and the industrial sector, and in the long run, promoted the economic development as well as Japanese social stability. All of these have made important contribution for the realization of Japan's economic modernization.
