某载冷系统热虹吸式蒸发器运行故障分析及排除

摘要 在调试一套使用CaCl_2溶液作为载冷剂的热虹吸蒸发器制冷系统过程中,发现随着运行时间增长,蒸发压力下降,机组制冷量下降的问题。故障原因是流经蒸发器壳程CaCl_2溶液压降逐渐增大、影响到用户生产及机组运行安全。针对可能引起该故障的原因进行分析并逐一排查,查找到真正原因,排除故障。保证系统运行在设计工况,满足用户生产的稳定。 During the commissioning of a thermosyphon evaporator refrigeration system using CaCl2 solution, it was found that as the operating time increased, the evaporating pressure dropped and the unit cooling capacity decreased. The reason of the fault is that the pressure drop of the CaCl2 solution flowing through the evaporator has gradually increased, affecting the user production and the operation safety of the unit. Analyze the causes of the failure, check them one by one, find out the real reason, and troubleshoot. Ensure that the system is running in the design condition to meet the stability of user production.
