法律信仰在我国的存在与否引起很大争议。科学时代同时也是信仰的时代,因此,法律信仰在我国是存在的。法律信仰是指人们对法律所蕴含的公平正义等价值的认同和追求,人们相信通过法律能够达至一种美好生活的理想追求。法律信仰的培育对于发展市场经济,建设法治国家,凝聚社会共识,应对全球化挑战和实现我们国家的现代化转型都具有十分重要的内在价值,这决定了我们应当重视对法律信仰的培育。

The existence of legal faith in China has caused great controversy. The age of science is also the age of faith. Therefore,the legal faith exists in China. Legal faith refers to the recognition and pursuit of justice.People believe that the ideal pursuit of a better life can be achieved by law. The cultivation of legal faith is important for the development of the market economy,the construction of the rule of law,the building of social consensus,the handling of the challenges of globalization and the realization of modernization transformation of China,which as a result determines that China shall pay more attention to cultivating the legal faith.
