摘要
以南京地铁某区间盾构隧道施工中采用钢套箱为辅助装置进行盾构始发为背景,介绍钢套箱的结构组成和安装技术,在富水粉砂地层中采用钢套箱始发装置能有效避免始发阶段刀盘出冷冻加固区管片和洞门间出现涌砂渗漏风险,确保盾构出洞安全。
Steel boxed cofferdam were used as an auxiliary device at the beginning of shield tunnel construction in the Nanjing Metro. Based on this project, this study presents the structure and installation technology of steel boxed cofferdam. At the start of shield construction in the silt stratum, using steel boxed cofferdam can effectively avoid sand gushing and seepage failure which may happen between segments and the tunnel portal in the frozen reinforcement area near the cutter, and ensure the safety when shield gets out from the tunnel.
