This paper is based on the communication stock tower. It discusses the principles and steps of its transformation, put forward the content and method of detection of the stock tower. Judging principle of the assessment of the stock tower is given. It starts from the basic formula of bearing capacity limit state and serviceability and durability requirements. The system transformation technology of stock tower is described.The effective technology system is set up. New ideas and suggestions for the transformation of the stock tower are provided.
