在对界面和WBS矩阵的概念阐释的基础上,应用WBS矩阵结构体系于高校科研实验楼项目中,对传统建设模式下的合同进行了整体策划,并对质量、进度、投资等方面的总体目标进行层层分解,直至细分为可操作、可控制的工作包,建立了投资管理系统、进度管理系统及质量管理系统,实现了项目管理体系的流程化和系统化。

Based on the concepts of interface and WBS matrix, this article applied WBS matrix structure system in the project of laboratory building of university, Planned the contract under the traditional construction mode, and decomposed the quality、progress、 investment and other aspects of the overall goal,layer by layer until it is subdivided into operational、 manageable work packages, sat up the investment、schedule and quality management system, realized the streamline and systematic of the project management system.
