摘要
利用锻态变形铝合金具有大量等轴晶和高能状态的拉长晶的微观组织优势,提出了锻态变形铝合金直接半固态等温处理制备半固态料坯(WASSIT),实现低成本半固态坯料制备。利用2A12铝合金半固态坯料的制备验证了该方法的可行性。研究发现:利用热轧状态的2A12板材,在620℃半固态等温处理温度,保温时间为25mins,能够制备出晶粒细小、球化程度高的半固态坯料。在此基础上,还成功触变模锻成形了高性能复杂零件。力学测性能测试结果表明,抗拉强度最高为490MPa,延伸率最大为18.2%。
The semi-solid billet was prepared by the forging wrought aluminum alloy semi-solid isothermal treatment(WASSIT) directly because there is large amount of equiaxed grains and high energy elongated grains in the forging wrought aluminum alloy. The semi-solid billet was prepared at low cost in this way. The method was verified by the experiment. It is found that the semi-solid billet with fine grain sizes and highly spheroidization could be prepared by using the 2A12 hot rolling plate with condition at 620℃ for 25 mins. On this basis, the high performance complex parts are formed by the thixoforming forging forming successfully. The test results of mechanical properties show that the maximum tensile strength is 490 MPa, the maximum elongation is 18.2%.
